new weight, new low
And the result from the weigh-in is... 92.4kg / 30.5% body fat.
While I still have a way to go to get to 81kg or thereabouts, I have moved down a number of jeans sizes and it feels much more comfortable. (As a terrible hoarder, I probably have Levi 501s in sizes 32" to 42" in my wardrobe). Current jeans are feeling roomy, so maybe it will soon be time to move down the that drawer full of even smaller jeans...
Yay me.

Taste London Festival
Matthew can breathe a sigh of relief - Taste London did not turn me into a Mr Creosote food and booze crazed eat-maniac. A combination of the group continually splitting up and a disastrous Laurent-Perrier tasting session meant that I was a vision of restraint. All below are tiny taster portion sizes:
- 3 x glasses of champagne, 1 x Peroni beer, 1 x G&T
- 1 x rock oyster, 1 x teeny tiny wild salmon blini (the L-P tasting)
- slow roasted beef with gratin dauphinoise (Le Gavroche)
- 7 hour roasted lamb with balsamic onion and mash (Tom's Kitchen)
- lamb Xiacuti with rice (Café Spice Namaste)
- twice baked goats cheese soufflé (Fortum & Mason's)

Monday 2 June
Today has been a bit of a disaster. Woke up at 4am (and then every hour on the hour...) with all the symptoms of good old fashioned food poisoning.
Eventually I had some toast, some couscous and some chicken soup. And lots of water. Bleurgh.

Sunday 1 June
Breakfast was Dr Vogel toast and philly cheese x 2. Espresso.
Lunch was chicken caesar salad at the Terrace Cafe, Somerset House.
Followed by blueberry cheesecake.
We then repaired to Gordon's Wine Bar on the Embankment where we had a
couple of bottles of white wine. Olives (not nice).
Snack upon return home was a packet of mixed organic nuts. And lots of
water.
